In Part 21, I came back from Naples but needed to test some things before going anywhere strange again. Instead of doing the needed test, I was pressured to go to Prague by my brother. When I arrived there, I was standing next to the fountain but my brother was nowhere in sight. I was getting ready to holler, “Where are you?” when I saw two Russian soldiers who must have been watching the exact spot that I was now standing on. They started yelling something I didn’t understand, but I quickly figured out that it probably wasn’t good since they were now running towards me with their AK47s raised. No problem. I just willed myself out of there and back to my room where I was expecting to find my brother. He wasn’t there. “Holy &@#*!!! He’s gone off to some weird place and won’t know how to get back.” I raced out of my room banging against the wall in the hall and was about to head out the front door when I caught sight of him sitting at the dining room table eating a bowl of cereal.  There is no way I’m going to tell you what happened next because it wasn’t pretty. Let’s just say that from then on, I was doing this alone.

So I had to find out why I couldn’t interact with Rita and her family, but had no trouble with people I didn’t know. I knew that later on that night, the guys I hung out with in the neighborhood would be up the street at one of their houses hanging out in the basement. I was a pretty cool setup and we could usually do what we wanted there … drink beer, have girls over, etc. I figured I’d just OBE in when everyone is there and see what happens. At about 9pm, I went to my room, (my brother was already over at our friend’s house) and readied myself to have an OBE up at my friend’s house. When I ‘arrived’ there, I was standing on the little patio just outside the basement door. Two of my friends were standing out there smoking cigs and didn’t appear to see me. I said their names and they didn’t acknowledge me. I tried to tap them on the shoulder and my hand passed through them. I couldn’t even pick up objects around there. “Well, this won’t be any fun,” I said out loud even though no one heard me. Then I decided to walk up the street and knock on someone’s door that I was positive of the fact that I didn’t know them or had even seen them. I knocked and an elderly lady answered, looked me in the eye, and said, “Yes, young man? Isn’t it a bit late for you to be out and about?” I apologized for disturbing her and quickly mumbled something like, “Wrong address” as I back pedaled down her walkway.

It suddenly hit me that I should walk home and see if I can walk into my room and view myself. … Uh oh … I’ve started a third paragraph. That can’t happen and is not allowed.

NEXT WEEK –Trouble?

This week’s blog has been brought to you by The Memphis Maniax of the XFL. They were my favorite team when the XFL was in full swing. I always felt they had more than the NFL in great uniforms, great cheerleaders, great rule changes, but lacked the talent.

Shoot me a tweet and let me know what you thought of this week’s blog. I am @TerlokyanFritz. I always follow back. And don’t forget to visit the book series website if you haven’t already – www.saviorproject.com

CYA next week.

Whatcha think?
